Being “slow” means that you have a limited mental capacity—it’s commonly associated with learning disabilities or any other conditions that may affect one’s ability to process information quickly. Being “senile” is taking that a step further, ultimately being incapable of thinking or doing anything yourself. Nicki is coming for the people that believe they have her level of success—trying to emulate her sound, style, and looks aren’t enough to be her. She feels as if people are getting too comfortable and don’t know their place enough to acknowledge that she is on a different level than them, and that their imitation is unwarranted. You can’t wear a Nicki wig and then be Nicki, and you certainly can’t make a new Nicki in a factory. But other than that, she guns for people that don’t have common sense and are liable to believe false and ludicrous things about her. Whether it be “the slow ones in the back on the blogs” or frequent social media trolls, she’s truly shocked to see how stupid some people can be. But intentional or not, these lyrics are reminiscent of a couplet of bars found in her verse on the Young Money cut “Senile.” While the title of that song is ironically the namesake of the theme of these lyrics, she again rhetorically questions her adversaries by virtue of their ignorance: Oh, you wanna beat me, how? Oh, you the number one draft in the league now?
