This can be a reference to “Touch Me Tease Me” by Case ft Mary J Blige and Foxy Brown released in April 1996. The single was featured on The Nutty Professor Soundtrack as well as Case’s own self-titled debut album. The single became one of several succesful features that Brown would land before leading her to landing her own record deal with Def Jam at age 17 and the eventual release of her own debut album in the fall of that year.
