“Nigga Rich” is a derogatory term; it usually connotes the idea of the nouveau-riche but in relation to the successful African-Americans of the entertainment and sports industries (i.e. Basketball players & rappers). This line emphasizes how Rocky isn’t bothered by haters looking down on him as tastelessly rich, because he enjoys the benefit of bountiful, liquid wealth. He may not have generational wealth, but at least he has the dough to blow on expensive things for the time being. It’s worth noting that the unusual radio edit version of this line: They say money make money act licorice At least Hilfiger rich
