While it’s common practice to empty out the tobacco and re-fill it with weed to create a blunt, it also sounds like Drake says “backwards.” Is this girl pleasing someone else in the bedroom? He used a similar line on “Shot For Me”. “Bending over backwards” has a double meaning as an idiom for putting a lot of effort into helping someone. As well as the more literal sexual meaning. So this can be read as the narrator not just missing the sexual side of the relationship but the emotional closeness, with them putting a lot of effort into making someone else happy, but not him anymore.
