Abel looks to the past for inspiration rather than his contemporaries. He bumps the Boston-based 1980s R&B group New Edition when he’s whipping his Bentley Mulsanne. The choice of a blue Mulsanne may be a reference to New Edition’s album Under the Blue Moon .
