A spectre refers to a ghost. However in this case it could be an allusion to an incident which happened in 2015. Daniel Craig on the set of a movie called Spectre and it led to him subsequently being injured in a car chase scene due to potholes in the street. Nicki is referring to the Rolls Royce Spectre, a new electric vehicle by the manufacturer. She says they “don’t feel potholes” as Rolls Royces are known for the way they glide down the road.
