The lyric, “Stars all aligned,” is later referenced in the closing song of Taylor’s 10th studio album “Mastermind” – in which she says “Once upon a time, the planets and the fates, and all the stars aligned”. The line represents how Taylor felt when she met and was with Joe Alwyn early on; like everything just felt into place (like a puzzle) and was perfect.
