Devin Booker is a young shooting guard for the Phoenix Suns, who won the 2018 NBA All-Star 3 point contest , and scored 70 points in a game versus the Celtics on March 24, 2017 – the first player to score 70+ points since Kobe’s 81 point game on January 22, 2006. Booker and Drake have shown each other mutual respect in the past: Drake wore Booker’s jersey to his Phoenix show , and Booker responding on Twitter, calling him his “brother.” “Wet” is a term for a player who makes a lot of shots. Drake’s “shots” are the bars he makes on his diss tracks. Whether it be against Meek Mill , JAY-Z , Pusha T , or anyone else Drake has gone against, he feels like he’s hit his shots enough to deem them “wet.”
