He could also be implying that the girl is a porn star, since nearly 90% of all legally distributed pornographic films made in the United States are either filmed in or produced by studios based in the San Fernando Valley, according to the L.A. Times . This line could also be a metaphor for the rap game, which started in the streets but has now become suburban.
