“Rick The Ruler” is the nickname of rapper Slick Rick, a former member of Doug E. Fresh & the Get Fresh Crew. Besides being known as one of hip-hop’s greatest storytellers, he often sported a lot of diamond encrusted jewelery. However, Offset claims that his diamonds are even cooler than Rick’s.
