Em plays on a phrase commonly said by children: I’m rubber you’re glue, whatever you say bounces off me and goes back to you He’s metaphorically made of strong rubber , meaning rappers can’t hurt or do any type of damage to him, instead they’ll only end up hurting themselves. Meaning no matter what names, insults, lies, etc. that you try to use against him will just get deflected back, as he occasionally does when he disses people. (ie. Mariah Carey on “The Warning” )
