Noodle is another way of saying “brain”, due to way the brain looks. Em is out of his mind. Word playing on the Japanese noodle dish, Ramen , as well as lyricism for “rhyming” noodle. He just can’t stop rhyming. This may also be a callback to the White Trash reference from earlier. Ramen is cheap and easy to make, so it is popular among the economically challenged. Em grew up never knowing whether food would be on the table, and knows what its like to run out of Ramen, unlike many rappers today who have lived very privileged lives. Kendrick has also used the Ramen/rhymin' homophone.
