This is actually a call-back to a little known incident in Don Toliver’s past. Back in early 2017, before the release of Playa Familia, Don Toliver found himself physically stuck in a vat of liquid adhesive, which he fell into during a warehouse set. It took several hours and a medical skin graft in order to fully remove all of the adhesive. This lyric brings attention to the unfortunate incident, and shows that Toliver has yet to process and fully move on from it. This could also be referencing the 2021 incident of him getting stuck in the washing machine at home and having Kali Uchis attempting to remove him from it. Apparently, it took over an hour to get him unlodged.
