What is the meaning behind “I met you in the dark, you lit me up You made me feel as though I was enough”?

This verse opens with a double meaning. On the one hand, the couple literally met in a dimly lit place (from the references to drinking and dancing, likely a party or a club), but this person’s personality was shining. On the other hand, the speaker met their partner when he was “in a dark place,” metaphorically, and their partner helped to counter that darkness. “You made me feel as though I was enough” can mean they helped him feel secure in their relationship (that he was “enough” for them), but it also probably relates to the speaker’s internal self-confidence which was strengthened by their partner (that he was “enough” as he was).
