Kendrick uses Tetris as an analogy for different sexual positions. Tetris is a video game that involves arranging random sequences of different Tetriminos, or “blocks,” with the aim of creating a horizontal line without gaps. When such a line is created, it disappears, or “breaks down,” and any blocks above the deleted line will fall. “Extras” refers to the different things the woman lets Kendrick do during sex. When he gets this special treatment, he doesn’t want any other guys getting the same.
