Referring to Dr. Dre notoriously saying “HELL YEAH” (ever since his days with Snoop Dogg). Most likely refers to the hook of the song “Business” , track 3 from The Eminem Show : Must be a circus in town, let’s shut the shit down / On these clowns; can I get a witness? (HELL YEAH!) Dr. Dre is known as a perfectionist. Em having his approval is an accomplishment for that fact, especially as enthusiastic as a “hell yeah”! If you listen carefully, you can actually hear Dre saying, “hell yeah!” along with Eminem.
