Don Toliver here is questioning his partner’s loyalty by asking her if she belongs to him, asking if “it’s his”. She responds to him in french saying “it is his”. Don refers to her response saying “) She told me c'est à moi” wich means “it’s mine” in french. The french used might also refer to the lyric from the chorus saying “Had to hit that pussy in Paris”, Paris being the capital of France. Image description
