Shaq is shouting out his mandem (close friends), such as Asznee, a longtime friend of Dapaah’s roadman alter-ego Big Shaq. He was initially referenced in Dapaah’s online sketches without ever truly existing – it was merely a name used as a comedic placeholder. However, a face was finally put to the name in the music video for “Man’s Not Hot”: Chunkz , a British-Somali YouTuber who is a close friend of Dapaah. A “pumpy” is short for a pump-action shotgun. A frisbee is literally a frisbee, a lot of Michael’s humour is very literal.
