As implied by the song’s music video, “duh-duh-duh” refers to Isis' rear: Isis might actually be saying a variation of “thun-thun-nun,” as in the slang term popularized in the 2012 club hit “Don’t Drop That Thun Thun” by Los Angeles rap group Finatticz. While the term actually refers to MDMA, it was often misinterpreted as slang for a person’s rear and has since become a classic twerking song.
