Fifty Dub is short for Fifty World, where dub is slang for “w”. This is a reference to Drake’s friend and a member of his entourage, Fifty a.k.a Fif, who was murdered in September 2017 in Toronto . To commemorate his late friend, Drake tatted Fif’s face on himself in tribute . In March of 2018, Drake showcased a chain dedicated to his late friend with the the caption, “Rest in Peace Fif…50 WORLD RWAY”
