Mike Tyson famously bit off Evander Holyfield’s ear during a boxing match on June 28, 1997 . Jay has similar intentions in the bedroom, simultaneously using “box” as the sport and slang for vagina, while alluding to cunnilingus with the “bite.” Tyson is also from Brooklyn, so Hov feels a hometown connection to him and has previously rapped about him in songs like “Holy Grail”: Goddammit it I like it / Bright lights is enticing but look what it did to Tyson / All that money in one night, thirty mill for one fight / But soon as all the money blows, all the pigeons take flight Jay channels his buddy Kanye a bit in these lines, seemingly alluding to Ye’s song “On Sight,” and referencing sexual biting like Ye did on “I’m In It.”
