An FBO or fixed base operator, is an airport building offering services to clients on private flights. One of the FBO perks is the ability to carry as many bags as possible when entering the plane, unlike most commercial airlines which only allow one complimentary carry on bag. Drake juxtaposes this sign of wealth with the days where he had to use public transportation to get to after-school dances. This is also a reference to an episode of Degrassi in which Drake’s character Jimmy literally had to take a bus to get to the dance.
