Quavo dumped four ounces of Codeine into his soda to make lean, also known as muddy. Quavo is so high off this concoction that he feels like he is in outer space – which he compares to being like rapper Kid Cudi, who is known for his space themed druggie music. Kid Cudi is often referred to as the “Man on the Moon”, which continues the space themed reference.
